About
Jeff Pratt was born and raised in a strong Mormon family of seven children. After becoming a Mormon Priest at sixteen years old Jesus Christ invaded His life and he left Mormonism in pursuit of an intimate relationship with God and the fulfillment of God's call on his life. This call has led him to minister in 150 nations, in various TV Programs, churches, universities, and Youth With A Mission Centers.
As an ordained minister Jeff has been in ministry for thirty-five years. After his service with Mercy Ships in 1999 he started his own YWAM Center with a group of friends in the Yale University town of New Haven, Conneciticut. Out of this ministry evolved the Charity, Love146, Ten Thousand Homes that is active in South Africa, and Twenty years ago, as part of his mission, Jeff founded Axiom Monastic Community through which he leads Prayer Retreats and Pilgrimages that help believers learn how to follow Jesus as the way of life as found in Jeremiah 6:16. Through Axiom, in 2021 Jeff had the privilege of leading thousands of Pakistanis to the Lord when all other missionaries were deported from that nation due to the Afghanistan crisis. In 2022 he started three government accredited schools for the bricklaying slave children in Pakistan due to his commitment to global orphan care, and the redemption of sexually exploited children. Jeff's biggest life-changing event was in 2002 when he adopted two brothers, Brandon and Patrick, out of a difficult family situation when they were seven and eight years old. This has led to his two greatest joys, which are his granddaughters, Amelia, and Bethany, who live in Vancouver, Washington. |
